Beth Brunins counsels hospitality industry clients, negotiating hotel management agreements, lender subordination agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and franchise agreements for several large third-party management companies in the U.S. For hotel operators, Beth reviews leases, licenses, and service and vendor agreements integral to the day-to-day management of business.

In addition, Beth serves as outside counsel to help several national consumer brand companies develop and launch promotions to market their products. She reviews advertisements – print, radio, online and television – for appropriate disclosures and substantiation in compliance with Federal Trade Commission requirements, including the FTC Act. She also advises clients on environmental marketing initiatives and labeling under the FTC Green Guides. Beth has given on-site training presentations to educate clients’ business teams on advertising law, promotion law, and environmental marketing. Beth also represents non-hospitality businesses on a full array of general corporate agreements. She reviews contracts for several purposes such as the purchase and sale of goods, license agreements, and service contracts.
